Using an old computer as a synth // Jam with Volca Beats + Behringer TD-3 + OB-XD [FREE PLUGIN]
I made this track by using the following instruments:
OB-Xd is an emulation of the legendary Oberheim OB-X. This digital synth has a great sound quality and interesting presets. I this case, the OB-Xd is loaded on an old laptop I have, and then synced manually with the other synths. This plugin is made by discoDSP.
The MPK mini II is controlling the OB-Xd. I programmed the knobs for controlling the cutoff and the amplitude envelope of the synth.
I used the Volca Beats for a basic for drums. I always have a compressor on my drum machines for a punchier sound.
The bassline is provided by the Behringer TD-3.
