I hope you enjoy this video from our recent trip to Punakha where we camped for the night and did rafting. It was indeed a life time experience. I cannot gush over, how rafting made me feel, I felt the stress melt away, felt relaxed being in the moment, enjoying every sight, sounds, smell of the place, instead of feeling of rushed to be somewhere. River rafting allows time to slow down so that you can really enjoy the present moment.
