Pick and control your elements well, and this evolved mushroom beast should fall rather quickly.

The Jadeplume Terrorshroom makes use of an activation meter. This meter increases as the Terrorshroom takes Electro damage, and decreases as it takes Pyro damage. Filling the entire meter will activate the Terrorshroom, prompting it to use one of three powerful attacks before collapsing in exhaustion. These exhaustion states are lengthy, and are likely the best way to take down the Terrorshroom swiftly.

The Terrorshroom may also shroud itself with spores during certain attacks. This infuses the Terrorshroom with Dendro, leaving it vulnerable to elemental reactions. Using Electro to Aggravate it in this state will rapidly advance its activation meter. Using Pyro to Burn it will completely deplete the activation meter, and prompt the Terrorshroom to counter by summoning fungi to the battlefield. These fungi will eventually get airborne and start trying to shoot you while your attention is on the Terrorshroom, so this is a scenario best avoided, and addressed immediately if it comes up. Avoid using Pyro on the Terrorshroom in any situation where it might put spores on itself.

Note that the above spore mechanics are only a matter of convenience for you: you can manually put Dendro on the Terrorshroom yourself and still trigger the same effects. There is no dependency on the spores here.

The Terrorshroom may jump to the side while not attacking, in a minor attempt to throw off your attacks. Its head is also a permanent weak point that you can focus on for extra damage output.

The Terrorshroom may close in to try and bash you with its head. You need to run far away from this attack, as the Terrorshroom can follow up with a ground smash that affects an AOE. It can take it a step further by jumping forward and causing another AOE explosion, putting spores on itself in the process.

At a distance, the Terrorshroom may elect to put spores on itself before firing one or two sets of homing arrows at you. The homing is brief, so dodging to the side opposite the arrows will keep you safe.

The Terrorshroom may also shed spores while throwing Dendro bombs above itself. This will result in a chain of three expanding explosions centered around the Terrorshroom, so be sure to get away quickly.

Once activated, the Terrorshroom has three options to attack you with. It may wildly flail around with head bashes, which merely means you stay away from the Terrorshroom until it falls over. It may choose to perform a set of powerful charges at you, where you'll need to run to the side of each charge (the Terrorshroom aims its charge at you initially, but then just runs in a straight line). The most threatening choice the Terrorshroom can bring out is a long barrage of slow, homing Dendro orbs. Get as far away as you can from the Terrorshroom - sufficient distance will let the homing wear off to the point where you can merely walk to avoid the shots. You need to be careful due to the length of the barrage - running out of arena, stamina, or dashes can get you badly hurt; manage your position and speed cautiously. Try to get to one side of the arena as the barrage starts, then move toward the other side to maximize your breathing room.

A strong team for conquering this beast will be able to consistently use Electro to Aggravate the Terrorshroom when it summons spores, deal damage over a long period of time when the Terrorshroom is exhausted, have limited reliance on Pyro (unless the Terrorshroom is collapsed), and deal with fungi summons if necessary. Anemo Traveler can shut down some fungi spawns and help with damage output. Amber (or Xiangling) assist with damage output in different ways (Amber can consistently headshot the Terrorshroom, while Xiangling has excellent damage over time tools while the Terrorshroom is exhausted). Lisa can easily Aggravate the Terrorshroom at various ranges, and can use various elemental reactions on the downed Terrorshroom for high damage. Barbara I mostly have as a safety net, though she can also set up some offensive elemental reactions as well.
