How to use Middle Mouse button as hand tool in Photoshop CC 2017 (QUICK) !
In this tutorial i will show how to use your middle mouse button or your scroll wheel button .
Also as a bonus i have added how to zoom in out with Scroll wheel
This tutorial will work in All photoshop versions
