Quince Liqueur Recipe
Ingredients
Quince - 800 g
Fructose - 250 g or sugar - 400 g
Vodka or mixed vodka - 0.5 l
Preparation
Wash the quince and cut into small pieces, removing the seeds and core. Place in a jar, add fructose or sugar, and let sit for a couple of days to allow the quince to release its juices. After two days, pour in the vodka and let the liqueur steep for four weeks. Then strain it and let it mature for another month or two, if you have the patience. Once matured, filter through a cotton filter.
A fabulous and unique taste is guaranteed. Try it!
