How reliable is rice farming?
The author would like to visualize the struggles of our present day farmers that still today our farmers hope for the creation of fertilizers subsidy for it's uses by doing this , it lightens their loads and burdens pertaining to the cost of commercial fertilizers.
In the long run they can save money that would be for the use of their children in school.Their burdens would minimize and a purchasing power maximized after all.
