Vortex Seal Tite Diverter Handling Bird Seed
A bird seed processor uses flap diverters to divert millet, milo and sunflower seeds into separate storage bins. The processor had partnered with a new major client who required a cleaner end product. The previous flap diverters were equipped with an aeration system but still, dusting and material migration into the closed outlet legs occurred. The bird seed processor has since replaced their existing flap diverters with Vortex Seal Tite Diverters and their sealing issues have been resolved.
