It’s happened to all of us at some time: You try to remove a Phillip’s or Torx head screw from an object only to discover that the head has been stripped and your #screwdriver is useless. You may even try using a larger head to see if that will grab hold, but to no avail. And, if you’re like us, you sometimes end up wrecking the entire object, tossing it out, or dealing with its wonky state simply because of that one, irritating #screw.
This simple home hack shows you how to remove your broken screw using just an elastic band without an screw extractor or something.
