Your Zebra barcode printer may need to be manually calibrated!
By following the steps in this video you can manually calibrate your Zebra ZD421 and ZD621 Series thermal printer and be back up and running in no time. This is something that may need to be done more frequently if you are running multiple sizes of labels. These instructions can also be applied to the ZD420 and ZD620 models.
