Photoshop Artwork - Painting Cloud with Smudge Tool
Experiment with another method of painting clouds. This time I use the photoshop smudge tool to shade the clouds instead of painting them manually. You can use any brush for this method. But remember to enable angle jitter and scattering for both brush and smudge tool.
