Properly Abusing Supercruise Assist
With the correct timing, SCA can drop you into normal space outside of the blue speed zone. This tutorial shows you a reliable way to trigger this ability.

This method now only works in 3.8 (Legacy mode). It is possible to abuse SCA in 4.0/Odyssey but not reliably to the degree shown here
