The Enerpac Suckomatic Valve can automatically retract large bore hydraulic cylinders in single acting cylinder applications without any counterweight or load. The Enerpac Suckomatic Valve is a hydraulic valve that works like a Venturi and operates with an Enerpac Power Unit, Solenoid Valve, and standard Pendant Controller.
The Suckomatic pulls a vacuum through a single acting hydraulic line to draw down oil and retract the cylinder without any counterweight. It is extremely difficult to retract a large bore hydraulic cylinder without counterweight, load, press, springs, or other compression equipment. The Suckomatic Cylinder is perfect for heavy equipment, heavy lifting, bridge construction, bridge repair, and bridge replacement applications.
RL Miller stocks up to 400-ton locking collar type cylinders, which can be securely locked with a screw when extended, to mechanically support the load.
RL Miller has a large inventory of Enerpac couplers, cylinders, motors, pumps, jacks, rams, valves, and torque wrenches up to 6,000 foot-pounds for construction applications. Standard and custom hydraulic seal kits are in-stock for rebuild applications and fast delivery.
