These type of Google Ads are the best quality best performing types of ads on the market and you only pay when you get a qualified lead. They are also known as Google Guaranteed Ads. They are only available for specific types of local service providers who can be qualified and reviewed with background checks and insurance.
First thing is making sure you have a legit and reputable business with a license, insurance, GMB page and reviews. You need to have the proper business documents and things LSA asks. Here is the link to the application registration.

Next, select all of the Services your business offers, once again be precise, you must be able to do all work you select. This can be changed later on as well. After you enter your hours and review your ad, you will need documentation for:
- Proof of Insurance (needs to be updated and correct)
- Background Check (do this through Evident on the application)
- Customer Reviews (from GMB profile)
- Budget (you choose this, be competitive)
- Billing information (updated credit card)
