Hit as many targets with flour bombs as possible before time runs out. Get more flour bombs by landing on an aircraft carrier!
You can use any of the four provided aircraft to complete this mission. The video showcases all of them in use, but the most effective way is to either use the Ultralight or the helicopter. Do not waste your time with the Baron or the Learjet as they are too fast to be accurate.
A very easy way to complete this mission is to switch to the Learjet and then switch to the helicopter. This will cause a glitch where the helicopter will be refilled with 100 flour bombs when landing on the aircraft carrier, instead of just 10 bombs normally given. Then just hover over the target and offload all of your bombs.
An easy glitchless way to get 100 hits is to fly low and slow with the Ultralight. Bear in mind that you need land safely and wait for the timer to run out to complete the mission.
