Veteran Suicide numbers in Australia are growing rapidly.
I am the proud Mumma of a son who is currently serving in the Royal Australian Navy.
My brother is an Army Veteran who suffers from chronic PTSD and many other health issues from serving his country.
I have beautiful friends who are struggling to stay alive and I have lost friends who could not find their inner peace so they ended their life.
Between 2001 and 2017, 419 defence personnel took their own life.
This is simply tragic.
I have written this song to honour all of our fallen heroes and to raise awareness that our veterans need help and support.
