When I first saw the Profile sharpening machine from Technostudiya at the Blade exhibition, I couldn't put it down. I touched it, looked at it, practically licked it, and whispered to myself, "My precious."
I debated for two years whether to buy it or not, and then one day I decided I needed one. I went to the company's website and ordered one for home delivery. They called, confirmed the order, and a week later, I received the package.
Besides the Profile K-02 sharpening machine itself, I ordered additional accessories: polishing paste, a magnifying glass with a backlight (to view the sharpening edge of the machine), an inclinometer, TORX flag keys, and a set of stones on dies.
Over time, I also bought Venev diamond stones—they make sharpening knives a breeze.
