TF2, but weapons have no downsides (full stream - day 2)
READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS IN CHAT! How this works: every weapon in the game has their red text (and occasionally gray text) completely removed. Hidden downsides and indirect downsides by means of opportunity cost are NOT touched. Yes, this means that stock weapons are direct downgrades from everything.
