How to create a gear icon in illustrator (Easiest Way)
Hello Guys,
Welcome to my Channel.In this video i have shown how to create a gear icon easily in illustrator.i used here Adobe Illustrator CC14 version but you can use any cc version of illustrator , So, friend follow my instruction bellow.

Step 1: Select star shape from tool bar
Step2: Double click on art board.you will see a dialog box is showing on your screen
Step 3:Set point 8 at point section from the dialog box and click ok.then set strock at point 6 from stroke option.
Step 4:Choose Selection tool from toolbar and select the star fully.then you will see some point surrounded the star.double click any one of them with the selection tool . you will see a new dialog box for styling corner.
Step:5 set radius 31 pixel at radius section and select last shape(left side) at corner section of the new dialog box then click ok.
Step:6 Now select Ellipse tool from tool bar and set it at middle on the gear shape with align tool.
Step:7 Select two shape together fully. And click minus font icon from pathfinder option.
Step:8 Now you can give it a color you like
