Ingredients for tahini paste:
White sesame seed - 250grm
Olive oil - as needed
Ingredients for tahihi sauce:
Tahini paste - 5 spoon
Garlic - 2nos
Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
Jeera powder - 1/2 t.spoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 t.spoon
Parsley leaf - finally chopped
Salt - as needed
Olive oil - as needed
