thread in the video I use Maxi Madame Tricote, 565 m/100 g (617 yrs/3.53 oz), 100% cotton, pearl cotton size 12-8),
#7 tatting needle;
scissors;
a crochet hook;
a needle threader;
pliers.

PS: if your stitches are too tight and it's difficult to pull out the needle, try to use pliers - hold the needle and pull it out.
