Is your Windows 11 or Windows 10 PC slow? Is it running low on RAM, taking too long to start up, or using resources in the background? In this video, I’ll show you several simple Windows settings to speed up your PC, free up RAM, and make Windows 11 and Windows 10 start faster.
Some Windows services run in the background without you even noticing. We’ll specifically check Connected User Experiences and Telemetry, Windows Update Delivery Optimisation, memory with RAMMap, and programs that launch automatically at startup. This is exactly the process shown in the video.
Microsoft states that the Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service (DiagTrack) helps collect and transmit diagnostic and usage information. Microsoft also lists it as a service that can be disabled in certain configurations, although whether disabling it is appropriate depends on how the PC is used.

🚀 SLOW PC: 3 THINGS TO CHECK
If your Windows computer is slow, start by checking programs that launch automatically, background services and memory usage.
Speeding up Windows 11, freeing up Windows RAM and speeding up PC startup don’t necessarily require buying a new computer: certain settings can already reduce unnecessary background activity.
However, don’t blindly disable every Windows service. Some are essential for system operation or security. In the video, I specifically recommend keeping Windows Security enabled at startup.
