Crusader Kings 2: A Hidden Masterpiece
I would genuinely recommend that you check this game out. It is free on steam after all (Do not buy the dlc if its currently not on sale!). It is by far my favourite grand strategy game, and due to it being a sandbox game, you can pretty much enjoy it as long as you want.
