Today’s menu is best ever French toast.
I already showed you guys in 'what I ate in a month’ video.
But I wanna make this recipe again, also wanna show you this recipe again! It’s THE BEST way to make French toast🥰
The key point of make this recipe is thick bread.
I used white bread, but you can use whole wheat bread or any kind of bread you can get.
And the next point is the ratio of basic ingredients, milk-sugar-egg-cinnamon.
If you follow my recipe, you can make 3 thick slices of bread of French toast. Wanna 1 portion of this, use 1/3~1/2 of the recipe.

🌙Ingredients
white bread
3 eggs
90ml(1/3cup plus 2tsp) milk
25g(5tsp) sugar
5g(1tsp) vanilla extract
1g(1/2tsp) ground cinnamon
unsalted butter
Icing sugar
berries
vanilla ice cream
honey
1. Slice the bread about 3cm(1 inch).
2. Mix the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
3. Soak the bread into egg mixture.
4. In a pan with low heat, put the butter and fry until it gets golden brown.
5. Serve with vanilla ice cream, berries, and icing sugar. Also, drizzle some honey or maple syrup.
