The Right to Disconnect
In parliament right now, one of the items on the agenda for reformation of the Fair Work Act is the right to disconnect.
I think this is especially important in a post-COVID world where work is becoming more flexible.
We are all for servicing our clients and being really accessible, but it's not unrealistic to have some boundaries in place to protect my teams' right to disconnect.
