October 28th is Edd's birthday, and it also happens to be International Animation Day. How perfect is that!? This is a day that we like to celebrate the life and work of our friend. Edd created a lot of wonderful things while he was with us, he brought joy to thousands of people, and his creations have lived on even after he passed away.
Edd was creative from a very young age, always doodling and drawing comics in school, and as he grew up he was lucky enough to have access to the kinds of equipment that let him animate. One thing he couldn't do without: a good graphics tablet!
We know there are LOTS of kids out there just like Edd, ready to make the next big thing, but they need a bit of help. That's why we want to celebrate Edd's birthday (and International Animation Day) by giving them something that will help them on their journey.
