I built a DIY rotary welding table powered by an electric motor from a mobility scooter, with tilt adjustment driven by a wiper motor from an Audi A8.
The table is powered by a 24V / 12V 16.7A dual-channel power supply, and a 40A voltage regulator is used to control the rotation speed.
The table top has a diameter of 800 mm and a thickness of 8 mm, making it very strong and versatile.
This rotary table can be used as a welding positioner, assembly table, or even a plasma cutting table. It makes working much easier thanks to the adjustable rotation and tilt.
In this video you can see the full build process and how this welding table works in real use.
