Find
The Unknown Key is in a corpse behind the garages at Customs. It has a 100% chance of appearing on the corpse; if it's not there, other players have taken it.
Place the key in the secure container.
Go to the boiler room section of the location; there's a temporary structure next to the reservoir. Open it.
In the center, on the floor, under a rag, is a folder. Pick it up.
Now you need to escape the location alive and deliver the folder to the Skier.
