You need to obtain monster lasagna. You will need to add monster meat to a crock pot in order to get said lasagna. You can get this meat by killing hounds. The other ingredient is a tooth that you will also need to obtain from a hound.
You will then need to find a rock den. When you click on the rock den you will be able to adopt a pet Vargling!
