How to Fix Windows 8.1 Proxy settings problem
I finally figured it out! how to fix the proxy bug that wont let you change your proxy settings to automatic.
Somehow administrative settings got changed, and all you have to do is run as admin in IE, and change it, and BAM, fixed!
