Once the plot box for a project is created and oriented as desired, it can be selected and printed by right-clicking and choosing the print option. This action opens the printer settings, allowing the selection of a preferred printer. Depending on the printer drivers, users can access properties to adjust layout orientation and paper size. It's important to ensure the paper size matches the plot box dimensions to avoid plotting on incorrect sizes like a standard letter. Additionally, users can modify print quality settings, such as choosing between black-and-white or color, and adjust other Adobe PDF settings if applicable. After making the necessary adjustments, clicking 'OK' will generate a print, typically to a PDF. If a specific printer is selected, it's crucial to ensure it supports the desired paper size, as some printers may only accommodate standard sizes like 8.5 x 11 inches. Proper configuration ensures the plot is printed accurately according to the project's requirements.
