Windows 1.01 on a modern PC!
i used EasyBCD's floppy image option and a Windows 1.01 boot floppy image from copy.sh v86 to run Windows 1.01 alongside Windows 11! (keep in mind you need Windows installed in Legacy BIOS mode with MBR-partitioned disk for this to work). Also be sure to enable "USB Legacy" option in BIOS or the USB Keyboard/Mouse won't work in DOS and Windows 1.01

MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard (AM3+)
AMD FX-8370 8-Core CPU (4GHz)
16GB RAM DDR3
MSI GeForce GTX 960 (2GB VRAM) (as you can see EGA mode works on it!)
WDC WD10EZEX-60WN4A0 1000,2 GB HDD (now also has a 256 GB SSD)
Windows 11 Home and MS-DOS 3.30+Windows 1.01 boot floppy (installed using EasyBCD)
as you can see, the Logitech USB keyboard has a repeating key issue in Windows 1.01 but it works!
the Logitech PS/2 mouse (which I no longer have as it died in 2024) works too (because the boot floppy image i used has the PS/2 mouse driver)!
