In this video, I'm sharing my latest Unreal Engine 5 environment project — a post-apocalyptic interior scene inspired by the visual storytelling of The Last of Us. The goal was to explore how nature slowly reclaims abandoned spaces, using UE5's Lumen system to create warm, volumetric cinematic lighting throughout.
This was a personal test scene focused on atmosphere, mood, and environment art fundamentals — pushing the boundaries of what's achievable in real-time rendering with Unreal Engine 5.
Tools used in production:
— Unreal Engine 5 (Scene creation, lighting, Lumen GI)
— Blender (3D asset modeling and geometry)
— DaVinci Resolve (Video editing and color grading)
