How to Create Sparkline Charts in Tableau - Tableau in Two Minutes
In this video we walk through how to convert a popular Excel technique to Tableau - Sparklines! Sparklines are small line graphs that appear in a single cell in Excel. We recreate those in Tableau using a simple line graph and some dimensions to segment the different line graphs.
These graphs are great for showing trends over time, but without showing the specific values - rather a quick way of finding the trend or the approximate high or low points for a particular measure.
