dvd and route 66 sat nav played on lcd screen utilising the existing housing of the s40 nav screen. this gives you am idea what is acheivable dont ask for instructions, i did this years ago and really cant be arsed to strip every thing down again to take pics, treat it as a project and figure it out and you may come up with something a lot better
