Hi everybody, and welcome to my "stevenofpa" YouTube Channel!
This video shows you what it's like to see this 2011 Ford Fiesta that has a problem with the bluetooth radio connection for a cell phone Google Pixel 5 or any other phone, that prevents a connection from happening, when you try to connect your phone to listen to music or tunes or radio sounds or to talk on the phone with someone, the display screen just says connecting... for a really long time, but it does not ever connect. so to fix the problem you have to reset the system, basically do a "shut down" like you would on a PC desktop laptop computer that runs windows, and if you restart the computer, then it works good, however because this radio is a computer that's in a car, and it's always connected to the car's battery, which always provides it with power, it's not a really easy thing to do, because even turning off the radio, or powering off the car by turning off the key switch and removing the key and getting out of the car and then closing and locking the doors and even being away for a bunch of hours for work like 7 or 8 hours or so, or even overnight at your house, then the computer still does not reset and does not re cycle the power, and the computer is still stuck in that can't connect mode, so there are a few ways to fix this, you can disconnect the car's battery which will power down all of the computers and reset them, or you can go into the menu and select master reset and that will essentially effectively restart the radio's sink sync system's computer and then it will restart and will start working properly again but of course you will have to re-do the setup and resync re-sync sync synchronize your phone to the car, but that's better to do that and have it all working, instead of not doing it and having the bad message on the screen, right?
during this process, the computer got stuck in a reset loop that would not exit from, so had to turn off the radio and the car key ignition switch and turn it back on and do the reset procedure one more time, then it all worked normally. so good, now it's fixed! sorry for the long video but i hope that it's helpful for you with your ford sync connection and that your porblem goes away. yeah! yes good nice fixed mechanic technician fix repair garage shop repair facility dealership independent auto repair school teacher lecture learn see do hear repeat tool tools car truck suv cuv compact microsoft sync ford fiesta
