AZ Clash Manager V1.3 - Tekla Structures Clash Detection Application
AZ Clash Manager V1.3 is here — and it's 6x faster than V1.2. 🔥👌
After releasing V1.2, I noticed a frustrating problem during real testing: every time you clicked a clash, the app was removing and fully recreating the clip planes and representation filters from scratch. That meant each click triggered a slow rebuild cycle — which was actually making the clash review process slower than doing it manually. Completely defeating the purpose.
So I went back, did deep some research, and rethought the core logic.
The fix: instead of destroying and recreating clip planes and representation filters on every click, V1.3 simply moves and modifies the existing ones in place. Both updates now happen simultaneously rather than one after the other. so now only the first clash check creates the clip planes and representation filters, The result is near-instant response on every clash selection.
I also added Undo / Redo support — so if you accidentally remove a clash or change something, you're no longer stuck with it.
Key improvements in V1.3:
→ ~6x faster clash navigation
→ Clip planes and representations update in place (no redraw)
→ Undo & Redo for app changes
→ Now Supports Tekla 2026
