What I meant in the video by just remember what you did last is when you are making handheld camera movements to use as transitions once you start editing, if you don't know what to do next all you need to do is look back at the end of the last clip you are putting in your video and start the next clip with the same type of movement so that you can blend them together into a transition when you edit!
