You might wonder why I'm copying every object I'm working on. I know, it's unnecessary but it's something I've been using to speed up my design process.
I always try out different things and if it doesn't work out I just delete it (the copy) and get back to the original shape/ object/ logo or whatever. It's also easier to compare objects and see what works best.
