Adobe Premiere Pro could not retrieve the 'My Documents' folder location.
a) Go to Libraries in Windows Explorer
b) Right-click documents folder
c) Delete the folder.
d) Right-click on the "Libraries" folder.
e) Select "Restore Default Libraries."
Done , it works fine .
