My Axolotl's Dream Tank (Easy Starter Setup)
I built a new axolotl tank for my axolot Rusty. The goal was to create a natural aquascape that felt like a small grove, with plants, wood and plenty of hiding spots. What started as a simple aquarium build quickly turned into a challenge, and I had to adapt when things did not go as planned.
This video shows the full process of setting up an axolotl tank, from aquascaping and planting to creating a habitat where Rusty can thrive. The same methods also apply to aquariums for fish, plecos and other freshwater species.
