At the moment, his DPS is somewhat low for a "main DPS". But since he's an anemo AND catalyst user, that makes him automatically a support, with his Viridescent Venerer and potentially using the Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayer book, this means, it's understandable that his own DPS will not be spectacular, also considering he's only a 4 star unit.
He's definitely going to be a Sucrose/Kazuha alternative, with elemental team mates. His on field time should be around 6 seconds with 6 seconds spare for the other characters before his elemental burst ready to use again.
Let's wait for his first changes in a few days time!
