Instructions:

1. Go to the Steam Library
2. Right-click on SCP:SL
3. Go to Properties
4. Go to Local Files
5. Click Browse
6. Go to the SCPSL_Data folder
7. Go to the boot file (some people call it boot.config)
8. Open this file with Notepad
9. Erase all the text

The desired file Text:

gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1
gfx-disable-mt-rendering=1 (try changing it to either 0 or 1)
job-worker-count=2 (change the value to suit your needs)
