Never buy a generator without AVR. Say no to the capacitor gen
Do not buy an electricity generator if it does not come with AVR - Automatic Voltage Regulator, to avoid the voltage suddenly shooting up and burning every appliance in your house. The AVR and the capacitor do the same work, but the capacitors in the gens we have today are so deficient they are not doing the job of keeping the voltage stable. To save yourself money spent on repairing damages, Insist on generators that come with AVR, like this one:
