Safe Zone Activity Day at Bernard Black
Vincent Country, the family lifestyle brand of NFL legend and executive Troy Vincent, Sr. and his wife, chef, and philanthropist Tommi A. Vincent, hosted their sixth annual "Safe Zone Activity Day" initiative at Bernard Black Entrepreneurial Academy during #SuperBowlLVII Week. The theme for this year’s event, sponsored by global health service company Cigna was “Created on Purpose With Purpose.”
Held each year during Super Bowl Week, the “Safe Zone Activity Day” provides a haven for elementary school students (K-5) in an underserved area close to the NFL Super Bowl activities. Students and teachers enjoyed a day of fun, food, and sports activities led by the Vincent Family and a host of NFL current players and legends including Eddie Mason, Takeo Spikes, Aeneas Williams, Lorenzo Alexander, Usama Young, Jesse Luketa, Baron Browning, LeCharles Bentley, and many volunteers.
To signify this special day, Zebra Technologies sponsored a beautiful mural created by internationally renowned muralist and Phoenix native Antoinette Cauley.
