NEJE Master S2: Unboxing and Assembly
This laser engraver was purchased for use in manufacturing in various small processes. In work I will show it another time.
This model uses a 7-watt laser head. It is capable of not only engraving various materials, but also cutting many of them. The cutting thickness that I tested reached 8mm thickness. These are wood, MDF, plywood, opaque plastic, acrylic. The engraving can be carried out both on the previously listed materials and on stainless steel, anodized aluminum and many other materials.
I want to make some adjustments and modifications to this model, which in my opinion will improve both productivity and usability. The controller will be replaced, silent drivers installed as well as a standalone controller.
Also, a system of blowing the cutting site will be installed without fail, this will increase the cutting performance.

The manufacturer indicates the power consumption, see the specification for the optical power, because it is this that matters. I would also like to add that these particular laser heads have an intelligent driver, which is significantly different from others made in China.
