Manually Create Rain Effects In Photoshop
In this shorts video you will learn how to create rain in Photoshop. Just you have to create an empty layer on top of the subject layer. Choose the blending mode of the empty layer normal to screen. Go to Filter-Render- Fibers. And choose the appropriate value as your choice. Add little motion blur to make it realistic. And you can do more adjustment to make it realistic. Thats all.
