"Here is a work around for the playstore. Do a factory reset then before you start the above steps, go to SETTINGS, then DATE & TIME then turn off "SET AUTAMATICALLY" for the date and time, then manually set the date to last year (example 27/07/2019) then proceed to follow the video. when it comes to login to playstore, before you do so, click on the 3 dot on top right of the login screen and make sure google services is up to date, then login with your google account. after you put your password and agreed to the terms and conditions, it might look like its stuck on checking services but don't worry, just close playstore and re-open and playstore will open fine. Now you can go back to SETTINGS and set the time and date to back to set automatically. Leave a comment below how you get on. Have a great day
