Is Genshin Impact out?
No, this is Closed Beta Test 3 which is most likely the last beta test.
Is this an MMO?
No, Genshin Impact is mostly single player exploration but it has a coop function which caps up to 4 players in a single world.
Does it have Gacha elements?
Yes, it does. It's still unsure whether the game is P2W or not but the only PVP is an indirect one which has a leaderboard system. Obviously, the higher the rank, the better your rewards are.

Is this PC or mobile?
I'm currently playing on PC version. Genshin Impact is multi-platform. It can be played on PC, mobile devices and PS4 currently. There are some plans to make it available on Switch as well.
Where can I download?
As mentioned, the game isn't out yet. You cannot register and download. The game is only available to a few beta tester and all chosen content creators.
