ℹ️ Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Jan Wegener (YouTube channel JanTec).
2. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation Period
The competition begins on July 14, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. and ends on August 18, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. (CET).
4. Participation
To participate, simply leave a comment under this YouTube video. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple comments from the same person do not increase your chances of winning.
5. Determining the Winners
The winners will be drawn at random from all participants using a random number generator. The winners will be announced no later than one week after the competition ends.
6. Prize
Three voucher codes will be given away, each for one spool of Prusament standard PLA, PETG, or ASA filament. All types of special materials, such as "flame retardant" (V0), tungsten, matte black, refill, "carbon fiber," or similar, are excluded.
The voucher code can be redeemed in the Prusa shop (https://www.prusa3d.com/de/#a_aid=jantec (aff)) and is valid until December 31, 2024. Shipping costs are not included.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Announcement of Winners
The winners will be notified by reply to their comment under the YouTube video. A separate video announcing the winners will also be released after the drawing.
8. Contacting Us
Winners must contact [email protected] via email within 7 days of the announcement. If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize claim will be forfeited.
9. Data Protection
Participation in the giveaway requires the provision of personal data (e.g., email address). This data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. The data will be deleted after the giveaway has concluded.
10. Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions that may affect participation in the competition. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
11. Final Provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
