Collaborating with Github Forks using eGit
For public Github repositories, multiple developers can collaborate using their own forks with a small subset of the developers having rights to pull changes into the original/mainline repository. This video demonstrates how to create a fork and use eGit inside eclipse to clone the fork and collaborate with others by setting their forks up as git remotes.
